At ISE 2026, LED Studio is set to unveil two new LED display platforms that signal a strategic expansion into high-performance simulation and space-efficient digital signage. The company’s latest launches address the growing demand for smarter, more versatile visual systems across training, public communication, and commercial environments. Among them, the highlight is Gemini—a true dual-sided LED display system designed to maximize visual impact while minimizing spatial footprint.

Alongside Gemini, LED Studio will also introduce Osiris, a fine-pitch LED solution engineered for mission-critical simulation scenarios.
Together, these two innovations reflect LED Studio’s shift toward purpose-driven product design, focusing on real-world challenges such as limited installation space, immersive realism, system reliability, and long-term operational efficiency.
Unlike conventional setups that simply mount two LED cabinets back-to-back, Gemini is a purpose-built dual-sided LED display engineered from the ground up as a single, integrated system. Housed within an ultra-slim 58mm cabinet, Gemini allows two fully independent screens to coexist in one compact structure—dramatically reducing installation complexity and spatial requirements.
Each side of the display can be customized to suit different environmental conditions and content needs. For example, one face can be configured as a high-brightness outdoor display, while the opposite side can feature a fine-pitch, indoor-grade COB solution. This flexibility makes Gemini particularly suitable for applications where audiences, lighting conditions, and viewing distances vary significantly.
With a 500mm × 500mm footprint and a 1:1 aspect ratio, the system supports modular layouts that fit seamlessly into retail spaces, transportation hubs, exhibition venues, and public information areas. Integrated power and data connectivity further simplify deployment, reducing the need for additional cabling and external components.
By combining space efficiency, modular adaptability, and independent content control, Gemini redefines what a dual-sided LED display can achieve—turning a structural constraint into a strategic advantage for digital signage designers and system integrators.
In addition to Gemini, LED Studio will also present Osiris, a 0.9mm fine-pitch LED display platform developed specifically for high-end simulation and training environments. Designed for scenarios where precision, latency, and visual continuity are critical, Osiris targets applications such as driving simulators, advanced training systems, and automotive development labs.

The display features a 240Hz refresh rate and supports multiple points of view, ensuring smooth motion rendering and consistent image quality from different angles. Unlike traditional rubber-based modules that are bent after installation,
Osiris modules are CNC-manufactured with integrated curves. This approach improves surface uniformity while enhancing long-term structural stability.
At ISE 2026, visitors will be able to experience Osiris in a live driving simulator setup, showcasing its low-latency performance, 5G data handling capabilities, and robust system architecture.
