On March 5, ISLE 2026, one of Asia’s largest exhibitions for smart display and integrated system technologies, officially opened at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Spanning nearly 90,000 square meters and gathering more than a thousand exhibitors, the event brought together leading companies across the global display ecosystem.

At this year’s exhibition, Kinglight, a leading LED packaging manufacturer, presented a comprehensive portfolio of solutions including high-end fixed installation LEDs, premium rental display LEDs, and MiP (Micro LED in Package) technologies. Guided by real-world application needs, the company demonstrated targeted innovations designed to help LED display manufacturers enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency across diverse scenarios.

Kinglight’s high-end fixed installation LED solutions focus on low light decay, high reliability, and superior optical performance. Building on the established reputation of the KS flagship series, the company further upgraded its product lineup with the TF2727 inorganic ceramic LED, designed with exceptional resistance to yellowing.
This advanced packaging technology effectively addresses common challenges faced by fixed-installation LED displays that operate continuously over long periods, such as aging and gradual image degradation. Thanks to its enhanced durability and stable optical performance, the TF2727 is well suited for demanding professional display environments.
At ISLE 2026, the TF2727 ceramic LED received a “Innovative Debut Award,” highlighting the industry’s recognition of Kinglight’s innovation capabilities.

In addition, Kinglight introduced two new LED devices — the 2745 and 5040 — designed for displays with pixel pitches of P6 to P8 and above. These products feature an independent triple-lens optical design, where the RGB chips are separated and paired with individual lenses. This structure minimizes optical interference between colors while significantly improving light extraction efficiency and brightness.
Displays built with the 2745 and 5040 LEDs can achieve brightness levels of up to 10,000 nits and 20,000 nits respectively, while maintaining relatively low power consumption. This combination of ultra-high brightness and energy efficiency makes them ideal for large-scale outdoor fixed installations exposed to strong ambient light.
With advantages including optimized light distribution, higher brightness, and more uniform viewing angles, Kinglight’s triple-lens LEDs provide a key component solution for ultra-high-brightness outdoor LED displays, ensuring long-term reliability for major outdoor display projects.

In the rental display market, frequent transportation, installation, and dismantling often lead to component damage and increased maintenance costs. To address these challenges, Kinglight introduced 2-in-1 integrated LED devices, specifically engineered to improve structural durability and operational efficiency in rental scenarios.
For high-end indoor rental environments such as concerts, product launches, and broadcast studios, Kinglight showcased three models: 2156, 2195, and 2260.
Compared with traditional single-lamp solutions, the 2-in-1 LEDs provide 2–3 times higher structural strength, significantly improving resistance to impact and mechanical stress. This helps reduce the risk of LEDs detaching during repeated installation, dismantling, and transportation, ultimately lowering operational losses for rental companies.
The devices also feature optimized encapsulation materials, improving the matte finish of the display surface and enhancing visual performance across a wide range of rental applications.
For outdoor rental displays, Kinglight introduced 2297, 2391, and 2391B, designed for P2.9–P3.9 pixel pitch displays.
These devices enable display brightness levels of 4,000–5,000 nits and use imported encapsulation materials to achieve a highly matte appearance that effectively reduces screen reflections. As a result, the displays maintain clear image quality even in complex outdoor lighting conditions.
The LEDs also incorporate a snap-in structural design, simplifying mask installation and maintenance while reducing labor and repair costs—an important advantage for high-turnover rental operations.

As MicroLED display technology continues moving toward large-scale commercialization, Kinglight is actively supporting the ecosystem through advanced packaging solutions.
At ISLE 2026, the company presented several new MiP (MicroLED in Package) products, including MiP0606-M2 as well as 1010-M2 and 1010-M3 for outdoor applications. These devices support multiple pixel pitch configurations and are designed to meet the needs of different display environments.
The new MiP products deliver brightness levels ranging from 3,500 to 6,000 nits, making them suitable for outdoor ultra-high-definition displays. They adopt a full flip-chip architecture, eliminating wire bonding and therefore reducing the risk of open-circuit failures or dead pixels.
Combined with high UV-resistant encapsulation technology, the devices offer enhanced resistance to high temperatures and harsh outdoor environments. At the same time, the products are designed with high compatibility, helping customers reduce development costs and shorten project timelines. Both common-cathode and common-anode configurations are available, providing flexible design options for display manufacturers.
From ultra-high-definition displays and immersive cinema experiences to virtual production environments, Kinglight’s MiP solutions provide stable and efficient core components that help unlock broader possibilities for micro-pitch LED displays.

Innovation remains at the center of Kinglight’s development strategy. At ISLE 2026, the company emphasized that the true value of technology lies in its ability to solve practical challenges for customers.
Through a diversified portfolio of solutions and newly launched products, Kinglight demonstrated a comprehensive innovation approach spanning material selection, packaging technology, optical design, and maintenance efficiency. These advancements reflect the company’s deep understanding of real-world application scenarios within the LED display industry.
Looking ahead, Kinglight will continue aligning with industry trends and technological evolution, delivering more application-driven solutions and highly reliable LED products to support the next stage of growth in the global LED display market.
